- 170 g chicken breast
- 250 g pointed cabbage
- 60 g carrot
- 15 g gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

Pat the chicken dry, cut it into strips and use separate boards for meat and vegetables.

Finely slice the cabbage and grate the carrot.

Cook the chicken completely in hot sesame oil for 6–8 minutes, then stir-fry the vegetables for 4 minutes.

Mix the gochujang, soy sauce and 2 tbsp water, add to the pan, heat for 1 minute and serve with sesame seeds.
