- 180 g lean minced chicken
- 180 g pointed cabbage
- 100 g cucumber
- 40 g red onion
- 20 g mint and coriander
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml reduced-salt soy sauce
- 5 g sesame oil
Step by step
Method

Clean your hands and work surface and use a separate board for the raw chicken.

Finely shred the cabbage, dice the cucumber and onion and pick the herbs.

Cook the chicken mince in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 7–9 minutes, breaking it up, until thoroughly cooked.

Whisk the lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Cool the chicken for 3 minutes, combine it with the vegetables and herbs and fold in the dressing just before serving.
