- 180 g chicken breast
- 150 g cucumber
- 130 g tomatoes
- 50 g red onion
- 20 g parsley and mint
- 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 5 g rapeseed oil
- 3 g sumac
- 1 g saffron or turmeric

Method

Use a separate board for the raw chicken.

Pat it dry, rub it with saffron or turmeric and oil and cook it thoroughly in a non-stick pan for 7–9 minutes; rest for 3 minutes.

Finely dice the cucumber, tomatoes and onion and combine them with the herbs.

Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and sumac.

Slice the chicken, arrange it on the salad and serve the dressing separately.
